Winemaking:

High elevation on the plains of Rioja, hard cold winter and hot dry summers.  Vines of over 40 years.  Hand harvested in September, small baskets.   Soft pressing and then temperature controlled stainless steel tanks..

Tasting Notes:

Clean and frank. Predominant aromas of ripe cherries and strawberries, also of tropical fruits: passion fruit, cassis, pineapple and citrus: grapefruit, all over a dense sweet caramel aroma. Soft and sweet, with fruity touches. A balanced acidity that brings joy and youth. Sparkling and fresh sensation in the mouth so appreciated in these wines. Elegant and balanced young wine

Perfect companion for cheeses, olives, smoked tapas, carpaccio, fresh salads, mushrooms and cold soups. Especially indicated with fish, rice, seafood in general, artichokes and asparagus.
