Tenuta San Pietro

Bright yellow color with aromas of sweet almond and acacia flowers. Good structure, pleasant with proper acidity and a lasting finish. Pairs nicely with fish, white meat, fresh cheeses. 

Serving Temperature: 8ᵒ-10ᵒC / 46-50°F 

Winemaking 

The grapes come from an organic and biodynamic vineyard of about 40 years located at the foot of an almond centenary, the sunny “Bricco del Mandorlo” Hand harvested in 20kg baskets in second half of September. After soft pressing and with strict temperature controls and using only natural yeasts, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks. 

Volume production: 15,000 bottles
