Straw yellow with green reflections. The bouquet hints of tropical fruit with floral notes, very lively. Remarkable fresh fruit flavors, in perfect balance with the structure. Excellent as an aperitif, with hors d'oeuvres, mature cheeses, and with shellfish and fish dishes.

Hand-picked in early September. The varietals are kept separate, in proportion to the original presence in the vineyard. They undergo a soft pressing, followed by fermentation with natural yeasts in stain-less steel under controlled temperatures.
