Straw colored. On the nose the wine is fresh, with honeysuckle and lemon zest. On the palate there is a light savory element that hints of wild herbs. Recommended pairings include fish courses, chicken and turkey.
100% Chardonnay sourced entirely from organically accredited vineyards. The must receives 12 hours cold skin contact prior to pressing to extract the maximum flavor potential from the skins. Fermentation is conducted at 12-14C for 20 days to conserve fruit flavor and enhance the flavor profile.
