A bouquet full of intense fruity perfumes in the result of the harmonious blend of two international varietals. Short aging in barrique provides intense color and distinct ruby tones. Great with classic beef dishes, hearty stews or roasted vegetables.
Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot sourced entirely from organically accredited vineyards. Fermentation is conducted for 12-15 days at 24-30C with daily pump-overs and one delestage. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks and minimal oak contact to preserve fruit freshness.
