Ruby red with violet highlights. Spicy aromatics on the nose and then engaging layers of complexity featuring red fruits, floral undertones and almonds. The finish is warm and elegant and well integrated with the French oak tannins. Ideal with red meats, cold cuts and cheese.
Serving Temperature: 16-18C / 60-64F
Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced entirely from organically accredited vineyards, is vinified with a 12-15 days long maceration at 26C with daily pump-overs. After racking the wine is matured in stainless steel tanks and French medium toast oak for four months before being bottled.
