Perrini - Prymus Salento IGT - 2003

Perrini

Wonderful nose with intense aromas of country black berries and raspberries. An excellent tannin balance with smooth soft, but full flavors of summer flowers, berries & light tobacco. Full round and lingering on the palate. Great paired with all meats and heavier seafood dishes.

Serving Temperature: 16-18C / 60-64F

Winemaking

September and October harvest, hand picked in small baskets. Cool processes without skins for 12 -14 days. Aged and matured in stainless steel for 3 months then French Oak barrique for 18 months. Bottled aged in the underground cellar.
