The Organic Cellar

Perrini - Mila Bio Bianco - 2010

The yellow straw with hints of rich gold shows bright stone fruit and floral bouquet. Elegant, fruity, and harmonically balanced on the palate with refreshing acidity. Perfect as an aperitif, especially with those aromatics, but would pair with lighter cheeses.

Serving Temperature: 12C / 54F

Hand picked in small baskets at optimum ripeness. Cool fermentation under strict temperature regulation for 12-14 days. Aged in stainless steel tanks and bottled. Aged in underground cellars for over 6 months
