Brilliantly ruby red with deep, dark color. Full bodied with lots of violet, smoke and spices. The palate features licorice, cherry, truffle and more spices. Stands up well to rich meat dishes, lamb kabobs and hearty stews.
Winemaking
Manual harvesting to maintain the highest quality selection. Fermentation in temperature controlled steel tanks. The wine is then aged in large barrels for 2 years where it softens and develops its rich full bodied character.
