Sulfite: 100 mg/l

Winemaking

Hand harvest end August to early September.  Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperatures, aged in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes

Light straw yellow inn color with green highlights and characteristic scent of almond blossoms.  Dry, zesty and refreshing with pleasant fruity aromas.  Excellent aperitif.  Seafood starter, and soups.  Main courses of fish and delicate white meats.

Serving temperature:  10-12 C
