Tasting Notes
Deep red with garnet highlights. Very persistent throughout the palette with balanced texture, tannin, & acidity. Full and round with a blend of deep berry, tobacco and oak, a long and elegant, refined finish. Serve with hearty dishes of roasted poultry and red meats.
Winemaking
Manual harvesting at the beginning of October and fermented in stainless steel under strict temperature regulations. Aged in French oak barrique for 3 years and refined 8 to 10 months in bottle.
