Smooth and full with earthy and delicately smoky undertones, it opens into a beautifully round and soft finish. Pair this full body Tuscan with rich main dishes, roasts, and game.

Serving Temperature: 16-18C / 60-64F

Winemaking

Hand harvested by the winemaking family with extremely careful attention to the best grapes. Bunches are immediately crushed and begin fermenta-tion in small steel barrels. The must is then transferred to oak barrels after two weeks where malolactic fermentation enriches the wine. The wine is held in French Seguin Moreau barrels for one year.
