With overtones of rich red berries, and notes of oak and tar, this wine reflects the land in which it was grown and produced. A nice companion to chicken, pork, red meats, and game, or to reflect upon while simply overlooking your Tuscan vineyard!
Serving Temperature: 16-18C / 60-64F
Hand harvested with extremely careful attention to the best grapes. Bunches are immediately crushed and begin fermentation in small steel barrels. After two weeks the wine is transferred to large 250 liter Slovenian oak barrels for one year.
