Cultivated in Organic Agriculture located in the hearth of Entre-Deux Mers area in the village of Saint Pierre de Bat. Hand harvested. Yeasting with special aromatic rose yeasts. Fermentation between 16/17 °C for 14 days. Vinification takes place in thermo regulated stainless steel tanks for one month.
Pale color with salmon hints. Subtle aromas of currants and apricots, apple, pear, herbs and hint of strawberries. Medium body mouthfeel with raspberries evocations and a slightly fresh tinge of spice and balanced acidity.
Perfect as an appertif, fish, grilled vegetables, quiche.
