The family estate was started in 1698. Farming in the French Integrated Culture and Sustainable Agriculture since 1984. No chemicals are used in the fields or winery.
Hand harvesting, natural yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation with temper-ature control and daily monitoring. A long extension on fine lees, temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
Bright hues of salmon pink color in the glass. Fresh, fruity, clean aro-mas of cherry, red currant and strawberries.
On the palate, smooth texture and flavors of cherry, red berries,
pepper and soft spice.

Pairs beautifully with cheese, mixed salads, fresh summer dishes, grilled fish, roasted vegetables and even lightly grilled meats.
