Made with estate-grown grapes from organic farming, free of
chemical pesticides and fertilizers, using biodynamic practices to
in order to improve the soil structure and enhance the natural
cycle of the vines achieving the highest quality grapes. Harvested
at night during August. Maceration for one day at 7C and then
temperature is raised steadily to 15C . Fermentation takes place
in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures at 15°C.
The wine has been gently filtered to keep all natural
aromas and characteristics.
Bright golden color with lime reflections. Fruity citrus aromas
with notes of tropical flowers that carry over to the palate. Well balanced,
good acidity, and long finish. This wine pairs nicely
with fresh salads, all fish and poultry dishes.
