Golden color with aromas of nuts and rich ripe stone fruits and acacia floral notes. The wine is well balanced with the integrated oak and elegant acidity. This wine is elegantly structured and deeply complex. Serve with fish, mature cheese, and white meats.
Organic and Biodynamic. Hand harvested in 20kg baskets. Soft pressing followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Strict temperature controls and only natural yeasts. From a very prestigious and extremely rare one hundred year old, pre-phylloxera vineyard. Fabulously structured wine. 2000 bottle limited release.
