Bobal and Tempranillo from the plots of Casa de la Vina, La
Portera, altitude of 730 m, Harvest of 2.5 kg/ vine in the second week of October. Cabernet Sauvignon from El Churro, La Portera the plots at 700m, harvested in the second week of September, 4kg/vine. Trellised vines.
Hand harvesting, separate vintification, fermentation in concrete vats, with controlled temperature and maceration for two weeks.
Bles is the name given to an indigenous plant– Chrysanthemum Bles. Our Organic vineyards thrive with nature and insects like the Lady Bug, help to maintain the health of the vine.
Notes of red fruit, wild strawberries and aromatic plants are please to the nose. Dark cherry color, with medium intensity, soft in the mouth, medium body and structure, exposing a jammy dark red fruit, blueberry and current finish.
This young wine is the perfect match for light pasta dishes, white meat, pizzas or simply as a refreshing appetizer.
