Pale rose colored with orange gradiations. Fruity aromas and flavors of raspberry and strawberry with musky and floral notes, the wine is balanced with a fresh minerality. Pair with mushroom risotto or polenta, and with meat courses normally reserved for red wines.

From Pinot Grigio grapes, Tenuta Dalle Ore has developed a Pinot Rouge, re-discovering the traditional way of macerating with the skins to give the grape its color back! Organic grapes are hand-picked in early September. They undergo a soft pressing, followed by fermentation with natural yeasts in stainless steel vats under con-trolled temperatures.
