This beautiful Super Tuscan is intensely ruby red and exhibits aromatic inklings of black fruits like black berry and clove spice. Notably structured with finesse and softness resulting in an extremely harmonious blend. Pair with game, roasted or stewed red meats and aged cheeses.

Harvested in mid October, completely by hand, fermented in steel then aged 18 months in small oak barrels, refined for six months to one year in bottles.
