Its generous ruby color mirrors the powerful bouquet of intense dark cherry fruits, liquorish, and black pepper. The scents fill the glass and ruminate beautifully. On the palate, the wine is perfectly dry with solid tannins and excellent persistence. Pair with succulent first course pasta dishes.

Winemaking
Manual harvest begins the in the last third of September. Grapes are macerated with skin on for 25-30 days under close temperature monitoring. Aged in steel then barrels for six months then further refined in bottles.
