Winemaking
Manually harvested in late September, hand selection in the field.
Vintification with soft pressure and a long maceration (10 days) , with the temperature controlled at 25° C.. Complete malolactic fermentation 5 months in steel vats and two months in the bottle.

Full-bodied, velvety texture and spicy notes on the palate . Its has a distinctive aroma and personality which is distinct trait of a Cab Franc from the stone alluvial Friuli area.
Pares perfect with roasted red or white meat and mature cheeses.
