Typical characteristics of Nebbiolo; full bodied scents of purple, pink and red fruits, envelope this wine and are augmented by hints of nutmeg. Ruby red of medium intensity with shade of blooming red roses. The flavor profile is persistent, tannic, and fruity. Traditionally served with Veal Scallopini and is a great pair with other main courses with rich sauces.

Winmaking

Manual harvesting occurs in the first ten days of October at height of phenolic ripeness. The grapes are pressed and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks where the juice will stay for 7-8 months and develop. The wine is then transferred to bottles and further aged for a minimum of 3-4 months.
