Intense ruby red color with aromas of fresh raspberry and soft dark berry fruit with elegant floral notes. Rich flavors with a fresh and well-balanced structure. Pairs with cold cuts, charcuterie plates and main dishes including red and grilled meats.

Organic and Biodynamic. Wine made from the selection of Albarossa, Barbera and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes produced in the San Pietro vineyards. Hand harvested in October, in 20kg boxes. Following a soft crushing, the fermentation begins and develops naturally without adding additional yeasts. The maceration continues for 15 days and refinement for 12 months in stainless steel tanks.
