Made with estate-grown grapes from organic farming, free of chemical pesticides and fertilizers, using biodynamic practices to in order to improve the soil structure and enhance the natural cycle of the vines achieving the highest quality grapes. Night
harvested in September-October. Alcoholic fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures
between 21-24°C. and gently filtered.
Deep ruby red colored with aromas of blueberry and cassis. On the palate is it well balanced with soft tannins leading to a long, persistent rich finish. A perfect match for all kind of roasted vegetables, meats and appetizers.
