Intense red with violet highlights. On the nose, reflections of rich ripe fruits and vanilla flavor. Oak aging has deepened these aromas and given the wine a delicate balance. Pair with tomato pastas or roasted duck.
Manually harvested in the second half of September and immediately pressed, then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel containers to ensure freshness and quality. Aged in oak barrels for 14 to 16 months and a further 3 to 4 months in bottle.
